I just moved into a townhome. I wanted to have cable in the bedrooms, but there is no outlet. The cable guy said I needed an electrician to wire the bedrooms. I also need two ceiling fans installed were there is existing overhead light. I would also like to see about getting the bathroom fan on a seperate switch from the light. It is currently tied to the light, and its burned out.

We had an inspection done on a house and he recommended a electrician look at the panel box. these were his comments. The panel box is located in the master bedroom closet. Panel box is manufactured by Zinsco and utilizes a stab lock breaker; these breakers have been known to have failed in over loaded conditions. We wanted to get an estimate on how much it would cost to have it looked at and an estimate on how much it would cost if it needed to be updated and moved to the outside of the house.
